Our vacation was over a month ago and I am just getting a chance to look at the images! It has been hectic here. I didn't take very many photographs on the beach. A few years ago I had a bad experience with sand (sand + camera sensor = grumpy photographer). I ruined a camera so I usually only take my point and shoot near the sand. Our little peanut LOVED the beach. The only thing I would change was trying to take a 15 month old on a 15 hour car drive. What were we thinking? At Cape Hatteras we stayed in a beach house with 16 family members in it, it was a blast. Within the 16 people there were 4 generations represented. It was a once in a life time experience, I am so glad we did it. Our family is spread out so it was nice to have everyone together for a week. Thank you all for going, we had a wonderful time and created some beautiful memories!
